MADE FROM 100% ORGANIC BARLEY — DEEP RICH COMPLEX FLAVOUR — Made by extracting natural sweetness from 100% organic malted barley using a traditional malting process. This dark-brown, thick, and sticky syrup has a distinctive malty flavour and is about half as sweet as refined white sugar. TRADITIONAL MALTING PROCESS — SINGLE INGREDIENT — Organic grains are sprouted to release naturally occurring digestive enzymes, breaking down the cereal's starches into natural sugars. This creates a deliciously flavoured syrup with a balance of maltose and other sugars. Single ingredient, non-refining process. GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO REFINED SUGAR — FOR BAKING, DRINKS & DESSERTS — Use to sweeten hot drinks, baked foods, and as a topping for cakes, pancakes, and desserts.
