A smooth, rich flavour that perfectly balances the nutty-sweet flavour of chickpeas with the umami-rich flavour of traditional miso. MADE BY THIRD-GENERATION PRODUCERS IN NAGANO, JAPAN — Made using the same traditional Japanese methods as Clearspring's flagship Organic Brown Rice Miso, by a third-generation family producer in Japan's Nagano prefecture. Naturally brewed, fermented, unpasteurised, and live. LOW FAT, LOW IN SATURATED FAT & SOURCE OF PROTEIN — Low fat (2.1g per 100g), low in saturated fat (0.3g per 100g), and a source of protein (6.8g per 100g). Energy: 686kJ / 163kcal per 100g.
