PROUD OF OUR ORIGIN: Since 1887, the production of Clément rhum has been carried out according to the purest traditions and most-time honored methods inherited from Homère and Charles Clément. This "Extra Old" Rhum Agricole, benefits from the “Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée”(Controlled Designation of Origin), a testimony itself of its quality. OUR PROCESS: Our Carafe Elixir is composed of three Extra Old rhum agricole aged a minimum of 6 years in American red barrels, old bourbon barrels and new French oak barrels TASTING NOTES: The Carafe Elixir reveals a Rhum Vieux that is both rich and delicate, powerful and fine. Generous and bold, it reveals woody and spicy notes (cinnamon), notes of dried fruits (dates) and candied fruits, as well as greedy notes of gingerbread and mocha BEST SERVE: Our Carafe Elixir Clément is to be enjoyed neat OUR ASSOCIATION OF CHOICE: Marry extremely well with a chocolate tiramisu.
