PROUD OF OUR ORIGIN: Since 1887, the production of Clément rhum has been carried out according to the purest traditions and most-time honored methods inherited from Homère and Charles Clément. This "Extra Old" Rhum Agricole, benefits from the “Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée”(Controlled Designation of Origin), a testimony itself of its quality. OUR PROCESS: Our Cuvée Homère is a blend of two Rhums Vieux Agricoles of 6 and 10 years carefully selected by our Cellar Master. TASTING NOTES: The Cuvée Homère is the result of the blend of Rhums Vieux revealing finely wooded notes with notes of vanilla, coconut, dates, dried figs prunes and chocolate. Subtle notes of tobacco and cigar box notes add complexity to this magnificent product.
