Whether you're crafting a creamy treat or a refreshing soda, this mix delivers a kick of natural sweetness that instantly elevates any drink.TASTING NOTESThis syrup from Sweetbird captures the juicy flavour of ripe peaches—soft, refreshing, and subtly sweet. A light hint of floral freshness lingers gently on the palate, making every creation feel like summer in a glass.HOW TO USE?Sweetbird's fruit syrups are made with real fruit juice, meaning a high level of acidity. Due to this, some curdling may occur when using dairy milk and non-dairy drinks. It's easy to avoid this by following a few simple steps though!For hot chocolates & mochas:• Add syrup to chocolate powder or sauce with a splash of hot water (or espresso for mochas). Mix to a smooth paste before adding steamed milk.• Avoid heating milk to more than 65 °C.For hot coffee drinks:• Avoid heating milk to more than 65 °C.For milkshakes & iced coffees:• To prevent curdling when using citrus-based syrups, shake or blend with "Sweetbird Vanilla Bean" frappe mix.Ingredients: sugar, water, peach juice from concentrate (25%), acid: citric acid, natural flavouring, colour: plain caramel, fruit and vegetable concentrates: black carrot, elderberry.Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Once opened, keep sealed with a pump or lid, and ideally use within 2 months.
