Preparation: 1/2 tsp is poured in a matcha bowl with 100 ml hot water (70-80°) and beaten with a bamboo broom, called Cha-sen, foamy. The higher and firmer the foam, the better the tea is successful Production: the green tea is shaded four weeks before harvest. This creates a delicate, dark green leaf.
