Perfect cooking: the steel of the baking mould allows high temperatures, promotes caramelisation of the juices and ensures excellent baking results. Non-stick: the mould is equipped with a non-stick coating, which makes it easier to demould, protects the steel from oxidation and simplifies care. This coating is free from PTFE and PFAS.
