Made in France: the springform pan made of coated steel by de Buyer is ideal for various baked goods such as cakes, entremets, sponge cakes and cheesecakes. Perfect cooking: the steel of the baking mould allows high temperatures, promotes caramelisation of the juices and ensures excellent baking results. Non-stick: the mould is equipped with a non-stick coating, which makes it easier to demould, protects the steel from oxidation and simplifies care. This coating is free from PTFE and PFAS. Practical: the mould is suitable for traditional baking in the oven at a temperature of up to 220 °C. It should not be used in the microwave or with other metal objects.
