The DeBuyer Mineral B 32cm Frying Pan is a natural, durable kitchen workhorse designed for high-heat cooking and generous meals. Made from 100% carbon steel with a beeswax protective finish, it ships without a non-stick coating and develops a seasoned patina over time for improved performance. The pan features a Lyonnaise profile with a rounded rim for easy food release and caramelization, a riveted ergonomic handle, and is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Dimensions include a 32 cm outer diameter, a 23.5 cm base, and a height of 5 cm, with a total length of 57 cm. Before first use, it requires seasoning to activate its natural non-stick properties. Note that the surface color may change with seasoning and use, which is a normal part of the seasoning process. It is not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned with warm water and a soft sponge, followed by drying and a light oiling to protect the steel.
