Spaghetti Kamut Bio The Kamut cereal is a variety of durum wheat cultivated for millennia between Egype and Mesopotamia. Its name derives from "Kaâ moet" which in ancient Egyptian means wheat or "earth soul". has been reintroduced into contemporary food for its nutritional characteristics Produced exclusively by organic farming, the taste of Kamut is unique: sweet with some notes of nuts. The most famous format, the Spaghetto, was born in the south of Italy and in the cities with the greatest concentration of pasta factories: Naples, Genoa and Liguria in general. Spaghetto is a long pasta format with a round section and a diameter ranging between 1.92 and 2.00 millimeters Spaghetti can be served with hot or cold sauces of fresh tomatoes or box, with vegetables and aromatic herbs. In addition, they are excellent with hot and quick hot sauces with garlic and cayenne pepper. We recommend them, too, with fish sauces (molluscs and seafood), sauces made with cream of milk, mascarpone, soft and melted cheeses and a pinch of spices such as saffron or curry. Net weight: 500 gr
