The DMR Death Grip is a collaborative design between DMR Bikes and Brendan Fairclough, built around an internally tapered single-lock core grip. It uses a super-soft Kraton compound and features a mushroom shape for comfort, along with a waffle and knurl pattern to improve grip. Available in two diameters, Thin (Ø29.8) and Thick (Ø31.3), and in two durometers, Soft (20A Kraton) or Hard (25A Vexk), the grip is designed to suit a wide range of bikes from all-mountain to downhill. The design emphasizes a clean, clamp-friendly setup with no need for outer lock rings, and a balance of grip, comfort, and performance intended for racing and demanding rides.
