General description The draught regulator is a self-contained thermostatic expansion control device designed to regulate the temperature of solid fuel-fired boilers without the need for electrical installation or complicated linkages. The thermostatic control head senses the boiler temperature and adjusts the air vent position, thereby controlling the combustion air supply through an adjustable lever and chain. Technical specifications Max. working temperature: 100°C Regulating range: 30-100°C Lifting force: 12N Chain length: 1.6m Connection: external thread 3/4" BSP Installation The draught regulator can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. The chain should be connected to the air vent, with the lever and chain adjusted so that the air damper closes when the desired temperature is reached.
