Dunnet Tools 9 piece downlighter holesaw set includes all you need to make smooth clean holes in plasterboard 25mm deep or plastic and wood 1020mm deep just add a drill The 6 steel holesaws with induction hardened teeth in diameters 51mm 60mm 64mm 70mm 76mm and 86mm are suitable for most popular downlight sizes and ideal for ceilings. Also included is a 32128 arbor with pilot drill drive plate and hex key. The tri shank arbour offering high torque transmission is stable and accurate when easily attached to a standard drill chuck. Create a pilot hole with the included bit then using a slow drill speed apply pressure as the holesaw teeth come into contact with the material. Ease off should heat start to build up before resuming for both best results and to prolong the lifespan of your new holesaw kit. EASY TO SET UP Simpy unscrew and remove the arbor nut feed the shank of the arbor through the front of the holesaw so it sits flush. Use the hex key to ensure the pilot drill is tight enough within the arbor. Place the drive plate on the back of the holesaw aligning the two drive pins through the holes. Finally place the arbor nut over the arbor shank giving a final tighten with a spanner if required.
