The V6 is our flagship HotEnd with an all-metal design with high-temperature performance. The V6 is an incredibly versatile HotEnd that allows you to use a wide variety of filaments as standard. Whether you want to experiment with more advanced materials or print in dIfferent resolutions and sizes, our V6 ecosystem is right for every application. High temperature performance: The benefit of an all-metal design means the V6 can comfortably reach 300°C with the supplied thermistor. If you want to print at higher temperatures (up to 500°C), you will need to use a plated copper heater block along with a PT100 or PT1000. Print standard materials such as PLA, PETG and ABS and high-temperature materials such as polycarbonate, Ultem, nylon and PEEK. Easy to use: The V6 features a cartridge-style heater block, allowing for hassle-free focusing to replace both heater cartridges and temperature sensors. Replacement thermistors, PT100 and thermocouples can be slipped into place and secured with a grub screw, ensuring maintenance is simple and painless. Accurate: Our all-metal HeatBreak maintains a crisp thermal break to provide better control over filament output; improving starting and stopping when extruding, as well as more effective retraction, combating suppuration and stringing.
