Made with Monmouth Coffee espresso, pulled by hand and cooled before it meets the vodka. Not cold brew, not concentrate. 250ml, two serves at 100ml. Shake hard over ice for twenty seconds, single strain into a chilled coupe, three coffee beans on top. Dick Bradsell invented this in a Soho bar in 1983 and later put it on the list at Pharmacy, Damien Hirst's restaurant, under the name the Pharmaceutical Stimulant. 20% ABV. Vegan. 175 calories a serve. Blended and bottled by hand in Brixton, south London, since 2016.
