Made with Monmouth Coffee espresso, pulled by hand and cooled before it meets the vodka. Not cold brew, not concentrate. The coffee is the whole drink and there is no shortcut that survives the glass. 500ml, five serves at 100ml. Shake hard over ice for twenty seconds, single strain into a chilled coupe, three coffee beans on top. 175 calories a serve. Dick Bradsell invented this in a Soho bar in 1983 and later put it on the list at Pharmacy, Damien Hirst's restaurant, under the name the Pharmaceutical Stimulant. Stir 100ml over ice instead of shaking and you have his other version: longer, quieter, the same drink. Blended and bottled by hand in Brixton, south London, by Clemency and Cyrus, who have been making this drink since 2016. Ready to serve, and vegan. Nothing to add, nothing to measure, and no equipment beyond a glass.
