SikaSeal Construction Silicone Ultra is a low-modulus, neutral-cure silicone sealant designed for long-lasting flexibility and durability. It adheres to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates without priming and is suitable for interior and exterior applications. The sealant is ideal for construction expansion joints and perimeter sealing around door and window frames, providing a weather-tight seal with low dirt pickup. It accommodates up to 25% joint movement and bonds effectively to timber, brick, stone, PVCu, concrete, metal, glass, and plastics. It can be used for glazing, draughtproofing, and bonding onto PVCu components, and is appropriate for both soft metals and various glazing and roofing sealing tasks where stress is minimal after full cure.
