General description The Everbuild Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant is a grey, one-part, emulsion acrylic-based sealant designed for sealing joints, voids, and irregular holes in fire walls, partitions, and other structures. It is also suitable for maintaining the integrity of pipes and cables that penetrate these structures. This sealant is ideal for internal perimeter pointing of fire-rated door and window frames.
