General description The Everbuild Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant Brown C3 EVBFIREMATEB is a fire-resistant, one-part, emulsion acrylic-based sealant designed for use in various fire-rated structures. It provides a firm yet flexible seal that can withstand fire for up to 5 hours, making it ideal for sealing joints, voids, and irregular holes in fire walls, partitions, and other structures. This sealant also helps maintain the integrity of pipes and cables passing through fire-rated barriers and is perfect for internal perimeter sealing of fire-rated doors and windows.
