Everbuild Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant Grey

The Everbuild Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant is a grey, one‑part emulsion acrylic-based sealant designed for sealing joints, voids and irregular holes in fire walls, partitions and other structures. It is suitable for maintaining the integrity of pipes and cables that penetrate fire-rated structures and for the internal perimeter pointing of fire-rated door and window frames. The product is rated to resist fire for up to 5 hours in suitably designed joints, remains permanently flexible, and can be overpainted. It cures quickly to a tack-free finish and requires no priming for most construction substrates. This sealant also provides acoustic sealing for sound deadening and is available in Grey, with White or Brown variants. The formulation has been tested according to applicable fire standards and is designed to deliver a durable, easy-to-apply solution for fire-rated installations.
