Everbuild Heat Mate Sealant Red 295 ml

The Everbuild Everflex Heat Mate Heat-Resistant Red Sealant is a high-modulus, permanently flexible silicone sealant designed for high-temperature applications. It provides a reliable, waterproof seal on non-porous surfaces and remains flexible in demanding environments. Suitable for industrial components, gaskets, oven doors, and heating appliances, it combines strong adhesion with durability across a wide temperature range. This sealant is formulated for use in joints of 6 to 30 mm in width and up to 50% of the joint width in depth, and it forms a skin in about 20 minutes under common conditions. Its orange/red color aids identification, with black available as an alternative. It is available in a 310 ml cartridge for convenient application.

Applications and performance

Heat Mate Sealant is suitable for sealing industrial and high-performance gaskets, oven doors, heating appliances, ducting, metal chimneys, and other assemblies that must tolerate high temperatures. It remains flexible from -40°C to +250°C, with short-term tolerance up to +275°C, and exhibits low dirt pickup with a waterproof seal. The sealant has a density of 1.03 g/cm³, a Shore A hardness around 25, tensile strength of 0.7 MPa, and elongation at break of 250%. Shrinkage is less than 5%.
