It helps prevent health issues related to dry conditions and provides a hygrometric buffer, making your terrarium maintenance simpler and more effective. It can be used damp for species like frogs, salamanders, and tropical lizards, or kept dry for desert species that enjoy burrowing.Encourages Natural Instinctive BehavioursIn the wild, many reptiles and amphibians spend a significant amount of time digging, burrowing, and hiding.
