The result: a sweet, mellow annd fruity smoke that will not overpower the natural taste of the food. Hugely versatile, this mix works perfectly with all foods, but especially well with fish, poultry and pork ribs STORAGE AND IGNITING TIPS: Our pellets are in handy resealable grab bags to help keep them free from moisture. They should be stored in a cool, dry place preferably indoors. However, should you have problems igniting them try these tips: 1. Fill the woodfire appliance pellet hopper to the top 2. Press the 'ignite' button again. 3. If all else fails, pop the pellets in the microwave on a piece of kitchen paper for 30 seconds or so to release the moisture.
