Faithfull Depressed Centre Stainless Steel Cutting Disc is designed for precise cutting of metals, including stainless steel and high-grade metals. It is manufactured with aluminium oxide abrasive grit, reinforced with fibreglass and resin bonding, and has a thickness of 1.8 mm to enable fine cuts and better access in various applications. The depressed centre design allows better access in challenging areas, and the disc is manufactured to EN 12413 standard to support safety and performance across compatible machines from angle grinders to mini-grinders and stationary cut-off machines.

Usage

Mount the disc securely on the machine and ensure it is properly aligned and tightened. Use with appropriate guards and safety equipment. For effective cutting, present the disc to the workpiece at a 90º angle. It is suitable for use with angle grinders, mini-grinders, and stationary cut-off machines; always select the correct wheel for the material and ensure proper mounting according to machine specifications.

Read the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. Wear goggles to guard against flying chips or dust. Inspect the wheel condition regularly. Adjust the guard to deflect sparks and dust. Maintain the revs and let the wheel do the work. Do not use depressed centre discs as grinding wheels.
