Faithfull FAI1253S Stone Cut Off Disc 125mm x 3.2mm

Flat Stone Cutting Disc designed for cutting stone materials, made from silicone carbide abrasive grit with fibreglass reinforcement and resin bonding to provide safety and optimal cutting performance. This disc is a flat type, 125 mm in diameter with a 22.23 mm bore, manufactured to EN 12413 standards. It is intended specifically for cutting, not grinding, and can be used with mini-grinders or stationary cut-off machines. Installation must follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and the disc should be presented at a 90º angle to the workpiece during operation.

Usage

Install the disc correctly on the machine, and always present it at a 90º angle to the workpiece during cutting. Wear goggles to protect against flying chips or dust. Inspect the disc regularly for damage or wear. Adjust the safety guard to deflect sparks and dust. Maintain appropriate RPM and let the wheel do the work.
