These ForgeFix single-thread Coach Screws are zinc plated for corrosion resistance and feature a hex head for higher torque and faster use with socket drivers. Conforming to DIN 571, they are designed for heavy-duty applications, including timber-to-masonry fixing and timber installations, and can be used for satellite dish mounting with appropriate wall plugs. The zinc coating forms a barrier to prevent oxidation and acts as a sacrificial anode if damaged, contributing to a longer-lasting finish.
