ForgeFix ForgeFast Wood Screws are designed for superior performance in wood applications with a universally accepted Pozi compatible drive, suitable for interior and exterior use. They feature an Elementech 400 coating providing anti-corrosive protection and an environmentally friendly finish that does not contain Cr6+. The screws are capable of piercing up to 0.8mm steel and have a salt spray resistance of 400 hours. Their construction includes 6 underhead lobes for improved countersinking and reduced surface dust, reinforced countersunk necks for better holding power, and an anti-friction thread to reduce timber splitting, jacking, and spinning while improving drawing strength. A serrated thread enhances pull-out performance and reduces insertion torque, and the double cutting point enables faster drilling with less clogging of wood dust. The product is sized at 5.0 x 50mm and packaged in quantities of 600, making them suitable for a range of woodworking projects.
