ForgeFix ForgeFast Wood Screws are designed for wood applications with a Torx-compatible drive and an included Torx bit. They feature recessed ribs that improve countersinking and reduce surface dust, while reinforced countersunk necks enhance holding power. The patented drill and drive thread helps prevent timber splitting, reduces jacking and spinning of joined timber, and increases pull-out strength for a firmer fix. A sharp point enables faster penetration and is capable of piercing up to 0.8 mm steel. The screws are coated with Elementech 400, an anti-corrosive finish that lasts longer than standard zinc coatings and is environmentally friendly, without Cr6+. Salt spray testing reaches 400 hours. These screws are suitable for interior use and come in a 5.0 x 50 mm size with a pack quantity of 600. Each tub includes a Torx-compatible bit, ensuring a complete installation package."
