ForgeFix Hex Head Lightning Bolts offer a near-stress-free fixing solution for installations close to edges. They are self-threading and designed for quick, easy installation in most masonry applications, allowing direct screw-in to a pre-drilled hole without a sleeve or plug. The through-fixing design eliminates the need for marking and repositioning, improving efficiency across various tasks. These bolts achieve high load capacity through thread interlocking with the base material. They feature an Elementech coating for superior anti-corrosion performance and have been salt spray tested to 1,000 hours. Suitable for a range of masonry substrates including concrete and brickwork, they are also effective for hollow blocks due to the anchoring along the entire length of the fixing. Common applications include fixing battens, balustrades, handrails, racking, and securing machinery, among others.
