Four Pillars Modern Australian Gin, 70cl Red Szechuan & Macadamia Nuts 41.8%

🌶️ ASIAN INFLUENCE. Asian spices like Szechuan peppercorns gave it a lovely warm mouthfeel (a tiny bit like Neil Perry’s famous numbing duck dish from Spice Temple). This gin is made for cocktails, but first try a G&T with lemon (not our usual orange). 🍃 CARBON NEUTRAL. Four Pillars is Australia’s first carbon-neutral distillery, runs on 100% renewable energy, and was recently awarded the IWSC’s inaugural Green Spirit Initiative Trophy as well as the World Gin Awards' Sustainable Distillery of the Year. 🍏 WARM & FRUITY. Red and green Szechuan give it a lovely warm mouthfeel, while the macadamia nuts add softness and an almost creamy palate. The fresh apples, ginger and grapefruit peel, along with dry native quandong, give the gin fruit and lift. 🇦🇺 DISTILLING. Each of these elements were distilled together in our magnificent German-made copper pot still, until we were left with a beautifully clean spirit packed full of flavour 🥇 AWARDS. Four Pillars was awarded IWSC’s International Gin Producer of the Year in 2019 and 2020, as well as distiller of the year and innovator of the year at the 2022 World Gin Awards.
