The PE4302 is a high linearIty, 6bit digital RF step attenuator with "DSA" ranging from 0.5 dB steps to 31.5 dB. The frequency range is attenuated from DC4000MHz. This 50 ohm RF DSA provides parallel and serial CMOS control interfaces that operate on a single 3 volt supply It also has a unique control interface that allows the user to select the initial attenuation state at power up. Maintain high attenuation accuracy for frequency and temperature. It has a shielded case and an antireverse diode, in use.
