Amazon 🎲 RACE OF WITS AND WILLS: Hare and Tortoise is a racing family board game where strategy and planning are essential to crossing the finish line first. It’s a classic game that’s sure to put your skills to the test. 🎲 SPEND WISELY: The objective is to finish the course first with no more than 10 carrots, with greater costs for larger movements. Along your journey, manage your resources effectively, use lettuce cards wisely, and adapt to the conditions set by Race cards. It’s a test of both strategy and adaptability. 🎲 CHOOSE YOUR APPROACH: you can speed ahead like a hare, and hope that good fortune guides your hops as you hurtle to the end. Or you can bide your time and amass carrots like a tortoise, strengthening your position for later in the game but risking an abrupt loss to your swift-footed foes. 🎲 AWARD-WINNING: Hare and Tortoise was crowned winner of the original Spiel des Jahres Award in 1979, a prestigious and reknown prize among gamers far and wide! 🎲 DETAILS: 2-6 players | Ages 8+ | Duration 45-60 minutes. Includes: 1 gameboard, 1 dice, 6 counters, 6 race cards, 18 lettuce cards, and carrot cards
