THE GLENDRONACH ODE TO THE EMBERS: A 48.4% ABV Highland single malt from the Master's Anthology, where signature sherry-cask maturation meets intertwined peat smoke for a lightly smoky character. MATURED IN OLOROSO & PEDRO XIMÉNEZ SHERRY CASKS: Masterfully crafted in Oloroso sherry and rare Pedro Ximénez casks selected from the bodegas of Andalucía, for a smouldering amber colour. RICH TASTING NOTES: Cinnamon-spiced toffee, apple and caramelised walnut brittle intertwine with flamed orange, while raisin and honeyed walnut meld with bramble ganache and smoked chocolate fudge. CRAFTED SINCE 1826: Composed by Dr Rachel Barrie as an exploration of the bredth and depth of sherry cask maturation at The Glendronach Distillery, in the Valley of Forgue in the Scottish Highlands.
