The family business is already in the fourth generation. APS sells buffet, tabletop and bar products worldwide. Use: Gastronorm containers are used for transport, serving and storing food. The transport lid has a silicone seal, a recessed grip and a hole to prevent negative pressure; it is not suitable for combination steamers. Material: all transport plug-in lids are made of rust-proof chrome-nickel stainless steel with electrolytically polished (silk-matte) surface and have a silicone seal. Specifications: This GN 1/6 lid has a size of 162 x 176 mm; the height is 30 mm. Care: Our GN container accessories are dishwasher safe. The individual containers feature round embossed U-corners that give them high impact resistance and allow for super easy stacking and unstacking.
