Grappa Libarna is the result of the centuries-old expertise and skill that characterize the Piemontese art of distillation It is distilled artisanally in copper pot stills using the discontinuous method. The distillate is then aged for at least 12 months in French oak barriques. The ultra-fresh pomace is steam-distilled in copper pot stills using the discontinuous method. The alcohol vapours produced by heating the pomace are then concentrated, cooled and liquefied, producing the distillate Grappa Libarna Moscato Barricata is perfect to be savoured neat.
