It is distilled artisanally in copper pot stills using the discontinuous method. Grappa Libarna Barbera and Dolcetto Riserva is aged for 18 months in French oak casks. The ultra fresh pomace is steam distilled in copper pot stills using the discontinuous method. The alcohol vapours produced by heating the pomace are then concentrated, cooled and liquefied, producing the distillate. Grappa Libarna Barbera and Dolcetto Riserva is perfect to be savoured neat.
