2002 HM Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Presentation Pack Printed no. M08 (PP303) - Royal Mail Stamps Issued by the Royal Mail on 25th April 2002. This presentation pack contains a set of four mint stamps. They were issued specially to commemorate the life of H.M. Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. The stamps are a reprint of the 1990 issue celebrating her 90th birthday, but are surrounded by a black boarder rather than the original silver one. The pack contains a montage of black and white photographs of The Queen Mother, aged 2 to 95. Ideal as a gift or keepsake.
