A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier bestows a delicate salmon-pink hue and elegant structure.Extended aging on the lees imparts remarkable complexity and a creamy texture, leading to a sophisticated palate. The nose offers enticing aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and citrus blossom. On the palate, fine, persistent bubbles carry vibrant flavours of raspberry and stone fruit, complemented by a subtle brioche nuance from its maturation.
