HARVEYS: Harveys Medium Dry Sherry is made from a delicate blend of 92 Percent Palomino grapes and 8 Percent Pedro Ximenez; a blend of Amontillados with a light, elegant nutty taste. DRY SHERRY: A classic, smooth, elegant and full-bodied medium dry sherry wine with woody and nutty flavours; a complete and balanced Spanish Sherry wine born in Jerez. IDEAL SERVED CHILLED: ideal enjoyed lightly chilled at about 10–11ºC and makes a great accompaniment to spicy seafood or soups.
