Certified Blue Mountain Coffee from Jamaica: 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans Grade 1 (not a blend), certified by the Jamaica Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority. Hayman is a licensed importer and retailer of Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. Gourmet Coffee: These famous Green coffee beans (i.e. raw coffee beans) are considered to be among the best coffee beans in the world. Delicate and lightly fruit-toned arabica coffee, with chocolate flavor notes and sweet finish. High-Altitude Blue Mountain: These unroasted coffee beans are of the Blue Mountain varietal. Grown at a high-altitude of 2950 to 5580 feet (900 to 1700 meters) in the Blue Mountain coffee belt, located in the easternmost part of Jamaica. Harvested by hand, only perfectly ripe coffee cherries are picked. This specialty coffee was processed by the washed/wet method. Green Coffee Beans for Roasting: Single origin coffee for roasting with a coffee bean roaster. We recommend that coffee roasters for home use are set to a medium roast profile to best experience the beautiful notes of this Jamaican coffee.
