Pure Colombia Manos Juntas Coffee: Our Colombia Manos Juntas coffee beans are not a blend, they are 100% pure Manos Juntas coffee. We don't mix it with lower quality coffee varieties and the Colombia coffee producers we work with are among the most respected in Colombia. Gourmet Coffee: These famous green coffee beans (i.e. raw coffee beans) are considered to be among the best coffee beans in the world. This arabica coffee offers juicy, sweet and savory notes, with hints of cherry, cranberry, caramel, and chocolate. High-Altitude Colombian coffee: These unroasted coffee beans are of the Colombia, Castillo, and F6 varietals. Grown at a high-altitude of around 6400-6900 feet/1950-2100 meters in the Cauca region of Colombia. Harvested by hand, only perfectly ripe coffee cherries are picked. This specialty coffee was processed by the natural method (i.e. dry-processed, sun-dried). Green Coffee Beans for Roasting: Single origin coffee for roasting with a coffee bean roaster.
