We don't mix them with lower quality coffee varieties and the Geisha coffee producers we work with are among the most respected in Panama. Gourmet Coffee: These famous green coffee beans (i.e. raw coffee beans) are considered to be among the best coffee beans in the world. Singular jasmine aroma, with impressive mango and mandarin flavor notes. Truly exquisite Panama coffee. High-Altitude Gesha coffee: These unroasted coffee beans are of the Geisha varietal. Grown at a high-altitude of around 5580 feet/1700 meters in the Chiriquí province of Panama. Harvested by hand, only perfectly ripe coffee cherries are picked. This specialty coffee was processed by the natural method (i.e. dry-processed, sun-dried). Green Coffee Beans for Roasting: Single origin coffee for roasting with a coffee bean roaster. We recommend that coffee roasters for home use are set to a medium roast profile to best experience this coffee's beautiful notes.
