We run on locally sourced energy, including our iStill, which uses 20% of the energy of traditional copper stills. BOTANICALS – Juniper, coriander, angelica, orris & bay with six botanicals foraged from the farm and local hedgerows: crab apple, rosehip, elderflower, nettle leaf & wildflower meadow hay.
