Crafted from Yorkshire Rhubarb and juicy raspberries, this bone-dry botanical gin offers a crisp, fruity finish, perfect for refreshing gin & tonic cocktails or gifting. SUSTAINABLE – Bottled in locally sourced glass, with reduced plastic packaging for a low environmental impact, producing eco-conscious liqueurs and spirits. We run on locally sourced energy, including our iStill, which uses 20% of the energy of traditional copper stills. PERFECT SERVE – Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin is delicious in a classic gin and tonic cocktail, topped with lots of ice and garnished with raspberries. Also try with elderflower tonic for a delicious gin cocktail, or in a hedgerow hugo spritz. BOTANICALS – Juniper, coriander, angelica, orris & bay with six botanicals foraged from the farm and local hedgerows: crab apple, rosehip, elderflower, nettle leaf & wildflower meadow hay.
