FLAVOUR: Palate - bone dry with background fruit & herb notes, but with clear gin character; Nose - green and fruity aroma, with a gentle sweetness mixed with juniper; Finish - dry with subtle & delightful fruity notes PERFECT SERVE: Elderflower tonic, garnish with Raspberries & mint with lots of ice. Unlike a lot of rhubarb gins which have added sugar, ours is bone-dry; as a gin should be. A slightly sweeter tonic then brings the fruity elements to the fore. BOTANICALS: Juniper, coriander, angelica, orris & bay with six botanicals foraged from the farm and local hedgerows: crab apple, rosehip, elderflower, nettle leaf & wildflower meadow hay.
