Sloe Gin is also an ingredient in lots of classic cocktails, like a Charlie Chaplin, or the aptly named, Blackthorn. BOTANICALS: Hand-picked juniper, coriander, angelica, orris & bay with six botanicals foraged from the farm and local hedgerows: crab apple, rosehip, elderflower, nettle leaf & wildflower meadow hay.
