Safety shoes with 200 Joules steel toecap impact protection, to guard against falling objects and collisions and steel midsole to prevent sharp object penetration. Ideally suited to building sites and where metal swarf is present on floors and normally allow walking on hot surfaces up to 200C. The shoes are oil, petrol, water, acid and alkali resistant and resist the build-up and conductance of static electricity. They are of most benefit when walking on synthetic carpets or near electrical machinery and the dual density polyurethane/rubber soles provide extra comfort. The sole features a nitrile rubber outsole, resistant to heat to 300 and a low density polyurethane interlayer, for increased comfort and shock absorption.
