Raasay Na Sia Peated Single Rye Cask 7 year old 60.3% ABV Nose: Woodsmoke, charred oak, dark caramel, creamy vanilla, black pepper and aromatic rye spice. Palate: Full-bodied peat smoke, toasted malt and caramelised sweetness, followed by vanilla, pepper and warming oak spice. Finish: Long and powerful, with smouldering smoke, dry black pepper, caramel and seasoned oak.
