Official Issue Badge This metal issue badge is to be worn by those Army Reserve personnel who are placed in the top fifty or who have been in the top fifty, in the Queen's Medal competition at the annual Army Reserve Skill-at Arms meeting. May be worn in perpetuity. "The badges will be issued to those who are qualified and are to be worn above the left pocket on combat uniform in barracks" (LT Col Redding SASC, Soldier Magazine Mar2018).
