Grown at 1600m in the Oromia region of South West Ethiopia, this coffee is wild, Winey with a full body. We’ve carefully sourced these beans from just 6 farms in the Oromia region. This coffee is suitable for all filter types. IDEAL BREWING METHOD: This coffee has complex flavours that is best enjoyed in a filter brewer. FRESHLY ROASTED: All of our coffees are fresh roasted and rested so you'll always be getting fresh coffee at the peak of its flavour. ROAST: Medium Roast. We’ve carefully roasted these beans medium & to our unique roast profiles. This helps bring out all of the coffees individual flavours & characteristics making for a delicious cup of coffee. ETHICALLY & SUSTAINABILITY SOURCED - All of our coffees have been sourced from sustainable farms & we ensure our farmers are paid more than fair trade prices. BREWING RECIPE: Use 16g of coffee with 250g of water to make a medium strength cup of coffee. If you prefer a slightly stronger brew, use 18g instead.
