OCUN Kestrel ST-Sling Set Dyn 12 mm: Redefine Your Climbing ExperienceElevate your performance on the rock with the OCUN Kestrel ST-Sling Set Dyn 12 mm, a masterclass in lightweight design and innovative climbing technology. This premium quickdraw set is engineered for discerning climbers who demand efficiency, safety, and a significant reduction in weight without compromising on strength or durability. It is the perfect choice for demanding sport routes, long multi-pitch adventures, and alpine ascents where every gram counts. This is not just another quickdraw, it´s a a strategic upgrade to your rack that you´ll feel on every climb. At the heart of this exceptional system is the revolutionary combination of two core OCUN innovations. The QD Set combines our super lightweight KESTREL carabiner and innovative SINGLE TECH (ST) Dyneema® SLING, creating a synergy that sets a new standard for performance climbing gear. The Kestrel carabiners are hot-forged, providing an optimal balance of strength and minimal weight. The top carabiner features a straight gate for smooth and secure clipping to the bolt hanger, while the bottom carabiner boasts a bent wire gate, offering a wider opening for effortless rope clipping, even when you´re pumped. The wire gate design also inherently resists gate flutter and is less susceptible to freezing in cold, alpine conditions, making this a truly versatile, all-season quickdraw. The standout feature of this set is the groundbreaking SINGLE TECH (ST) Sling. Unlike traditional quickdraw slings that are made from a folded-over loop of webbing, the ST-Sling is constructed from a single layer of robust Dyneema®. This ingenious design provides unprecedented stability to the bottom carabiner, keeping it perfectly oriented for the rope. This eliminates frustrating and potentially unsafe carabiner rotation, allowing you to clip with confidence and speed when it matters most. The integrated rubber keeper is seamlessly part of the sling's structure, ensuring the rope-end carabiner is always held securely in the optimal position for safety and efficiency. This unique construction directly translates to a more streamlined and manageable rack. The single-layer webbing has significantly less volume than standard slings, allowing you to carry more gear on your harness without feeling cluttered or weighed down. For climbers pushing their limits on long routes or packing for remote objectives, this reduction in bulk is a game-changing advantage.Features:- Less volume of the webbing than by standard O-slings- Easier and safer clip-in assembly thanks to ST-SLING- Light-weight KESTREL carabiners- Durable and super strong 12 mm Dyneema® webbingChoose the OCUN Kestrel ST-Sling Set for its intelligent design, featherlight construction, and unwavering reliability.
